The Amesbury girls basketball team played its best team game of the season, blowing out Charlestown 64-21 on Wednesday. Flannery O'Connor led the way with 16 points, Alli Napoli had 11 points, and 10 other players scored as well, including freshman Sadie Kermelewicz (9 points) and Ciara Sullivan (8 points). Amesbury is now 6-2 and has won four straight.
