Central Catholic built a nine-run lead early then survived Haverhill's comeback run for a 13-7 baseball victory. Colin Walsh (triple and double, both scoring runs) and Connor Perry (two-run double, superb defense) were the linchpins for the Raider victory.

Central head coach Marc Pelletier was impressed with Hillie Riley Ruth, saying the second baseman "played defense the MVC could be proud of. He was really outstanding."
