PELHAM — Milford ran off with the game after a 28-point first quarter and Pelha could never come back, losing 48-16. Coach Tom Babian commented on Milford's win.
"They pretty much had a handle on us," said coach Babian. "When it was 28-0, we drove dow, only to fumble away the ball and the next thing we knew, it was 41-8."
One bright spot was Kevin DeAngelo, who returned a 40-yard punt return for a touchdown and also had a 10-yard touchdown run.
Pelham plays its next game at home against the Windham Jaguars on Thanksgiving day at 10:30 a.m.
