SALEM — In what turned out to be the sixth largest victory in the history of Salem High School, the Blue Devils continued their hot start to the season with a dominating 57-14 win over Keene.
Salem’s attack was led by Josh Sibanda, who rushed for 209 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. He was supported by Adam Maroun, who added 77 yards on nine carries while playing a strong game on defense as well.
Keene, hindered by injuries, was only able to manage a pair of touchdowns. Salem (2-0) now faces league rival Pinkerton in next week’s homecoming game.
