One day after qualifying for the state tournament, Haverhill's girls basketball team fell at Dracut 53-31 despite 14 points from Kayla Pellot. In addition to the loss, the Hillies (10-5) may have lost point guard Jessica Cotto for awhile with an ankle sprain.

Ashley LeBlanc was saddled with fouls in a game that took two-plus hours but she made the most of her time with 17 points. Alex Levesque was all over the court with six steals and two deflections.
