Trailing 23-4 after the first quarter and 32-13 at halftime, Greater Lawrence Christmas Tournament champion Andover rallied for a 68-56 victory over Methuen. Joe Bramanti led the comeback for the Warriors (6-1) with 27 of his 29 points in the second half, 13 (of 14) coming from the free throw line. Mike Gorman scored 15 of his 17 points in the first half for Methuen (2-6), which played terrific defense in the first half but seemed to run out of gas.
