North Andover's volleyball team swept Central Catholic 3-0 to advance to Thursday's Division 1 North semifinals against the winner of O'Bryant and Billerica. The Knights (17-3) got excellent balance up front and 20 assists from Rachel Karpinski. 

Andover's girls volleyball team ended a tremendous 17-1 regular season with a shutout of Central Catholic. Wyllie Boughton had nine kills and four kills for the Warriors and Azita Bakhtyari had 35 assists.

Central Catholic's volleyball team, which fell to North Andover 3-0 earlier in the year, stunned the Knights 3-2 to improve its playoff hopes considerably. Kaleigh Smith had 16 kills, Katherine Antczak chipped in with 34 assists and Victoria Nassar had a remarkable 41 digs to pace the Raiders (9-8).

Erica Haddad had six blocks to go along with 10 kills to help Central Catholic shut out Haverhill in girls volleyball. Abigail Sonuga led the Hillies with 15 kills and three blocks. 

Junior Maddy Repucci was everywhere for the unbeaten Andover volleyball team, collecting 20 kills and a stunning 11 blocks in a 3-1 victory over Central Catholic.

Central Catholic's volleyball team broke into the victory column with a shutout of Lowell. Katherine Antczak had 24 assists, Victoria Nassar led in digs with 21 and Mary Rayno served seven aces.
