After losing to Mystic Valley, 11-0, a little over two weeks ago, Greater Lawrence completely turned the tables yesterday in a 19-6 triumph. Leadoff hitter Danielle Sierra had a pair of hits including a triple and four RBIs while Heather Boutin followed with three hits and three runs scored. After a shaky second inning, pitcher Megan Harris settled down and shut out Mystic Valley the rest of the way.

Junior Josie Sanchez, who played mainly JV last year, continued to pound the ball for Whittier, going 3 for 4 with a home run in a 12-2 victory over Mystic Valley. Caitlin McHugh was 2 for 4 with three runs scored and Jillian Galvin was 2 for 4 with three RBIs for the Wildcats (2-1).
