Pentucket got two-run home runs from Jordan Silva and Brendan Locke as the Sachems outlasted Ipswich 8-7. Locke's bomb to leftfield capped a five-run first inning for Pentucket as it jumped out to an early lead before Ipswich gradually closed the gap.
Silva's third home run in two games in the top of the fourth inning proved to be the game-winner for Pentucket as Ipswich continued throughout the game to rally before falling short by one run.
