The Georgetown Royals (9-8-2) snapped out of their winless funk by beating the home-advantaged North Reading Hornets (0-13-5) in their last regular season contest yesterday, 3-0. The Royals scored all of their goals in the second half yesterday - all after the 10 minute mark. Kate Grosslein, Sara Gaeta, and Kim Nowers scored the goals, Tracy Sinkowicz had an assist, and Karen O'Hare made five saves for the Royals.
"We dominated the entire game," said Georgetown coach Nicole Turcotte. "But we just couldn't execute until the second half, which has really been our problem all year long."
