After one day of the Lowell Holiday George Bossi Tournament, Timberlane stood in third place with 101 points just behind Concord (101 1/2) with Chelmsford (125) in first.

The Owls had six wrestlers qualify for this morning's quarterfinals, the highlight being when fresnman Connor McGonagle knocked off No. 1 seed Chris Derosa of Billerica, 1-0 at 120 pounds. Central Catholic had three qualifiers in (Brandon Desfosses, Donovan Nolan and Carlos Cabrera) as did Pinkerton (Shayne McCann, Dylan Barreiro and Joey Lydick).
