Team strengths: Experience. With four CAL titles in the last five years, the Vikings have established a powerhouse.

Concerns: Sprints. Triton's experience lies in the distance events. The freshman and sophomore classes may be relied on to scored points in the sprints.

First meet: Triton and Wilmington at Newburyport, Wednesday (3:30 p.m.)

Coach's outlook: "The boys expect to contend every year. We think we'll be good. The boys can contend, but I could see a couple other teams break through this year."
