Strengths: The Witches have a young roster, but with a strong work ethic they're learning fast and have great potential to improve.
Concerns: Inexperience and a small roster (currently consisting of 21 wrestlers) will force some to switch weight classes in order to fill as many spots as possible. Even with the switches, the Witches might have a few spots open in some of their meets.
Coach's outlook: "We should have a pretty good season. By the middle of the year, we think the young guys will really understand what's going on. Hopefully we can have a run at the NEC title."
