Christian Gesualdi helped Georgetown boys basketball battle back from 10 points down at halftime to tie the game 31-31. But the Royals could never pull ahead and lost 46-45. 

Gesualdi poured in 17 points but missed a final shot from just inside the 3-point line with time winding down.
