Last year's record: 12-9 (lost to Arlington Catholic, 55-41, in Division 2 North first round)

Coach: Tim Harrington (1st season)

Key returnees: Melissa Garabedian, Sr. G; Maddy Bissaillon, Sr. G; Lauren DiCarlo, Jr. F; Bridget Dullea, Jr. G.

Key departures: Courtney Riccio, Kristen Gieras, Maggie Poeske.

Strengths: Depth and guard play. DiCarlo and Dullea each started last year and Bissaillon and Garabedian saw occasional starts for the Crusaders. Each player has guard skills, which will make Fenwick very difficult to match up against.

Concerns: Lack of size. Any size Fenwick had graduated last spring. Harrington will look for some young players to step into post positions. Six-foot junior Lara Bruni could fill that void.

Coach's outlook: "The initial goal is to make the state tournament. We have a very difficult schedule both in the league and with our non-league schedule. It's going to be a battle to make the tournament and Arlington Catholic, Cardinal Spellman, and Archbishop Williams will all be really tough."
