Andover's girls soccer team held tough with talented Lincoln-Sudbury, trailing just 1-0 at the half, but L-S wore down the Warriors in the second half and pulled away for a 5-0 victory in the Division 1 North quarterfinals. Izzy Shih had six saves for Andover, which finished its season at 10-8-2.

Central Catholic (ranked No. 1 in the Boston Globe's girls soccer Top-20), got three goals from Elayna Grillakis to defeat No.4 ranked Lincoln-Sudbury 5-2 Monday. Ashley Raphael had a goal and two assists for the Raiders, and Amanda Fay made 13 big saves.

After winning both doubles, Andover's Arman Rafiee came back after a first-set loss to win the next two 6-1, 6-2 to clinch the victory for the Warriors. Andover advacnes to the Division 1 North semi-finals where they will play either top-seeded Lexington or No. 9 Newton South who play Saturday.
