Read More »After finishing second at state last year, Pentucket’s Josh Wesolowski was determined to take it all this year and Saturday he did just that, rolling to the 132-pound Division 3 state title. He won 14-0 in the championship match after following a pin with two technical falls, improving his season record to 30-0.

Methuen was truly a runner-up at the Wakefield Tournament. Not only did the Rangers finish second to Catholic Memorial, but they had four wrestlers take runner-up places.
The only champion for the Rangers was impressive freshman Travis Manick, who grabbed a 5-2 decision in the finals for the title at 160 pounds.
