Colby Ingraham opened the game with a single, stole second, moved to third on a wild pitch and scored on Ryan Browner's infield out. The run was all Georgetown righty Pat Slack would need in a 1-0 Royals win at Ipswich yesterday. Slack nearly went the distance in a six-hitter as the senior Browner came one for a one-out save, striking out the final hitter to preserve the Royal win.

Greaney comes through for Green

Pentucket mustered up a dramatic finish in its 6-5 victory over Ipswich. With two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning, sophomore Bobby Barry (three hits and two RBIs) singled and stole second base. Junior Jake Greaney (two hits and two RBIs) followed with a base hit up the middle. A hustling Barry beat the throw to the plate on a close play to give the Sachems the walk-off win.
