Golden Warrior shocker

Ranked No. 1 in Eastern Mass. heading into the game, Andover was shocked by unranked Notre Dame of Hingham 60-50. Notre Dame had lost its previous three games, entered the day 4-5 and lost by 30 to Pentucket earlier in the season. The Golden Warriors (8-2) played the game without injured star Nicole Boudreau.

Haverhill glided to an easy 6-1 victory over Notre Dame of Tyngsboro. Sophomore outside midfielder Kaleigh Fitzgerald did a great job distributing the ball to keep the Hillies offense going strong. Casey Anderson and Molly Fitzgerald each had a pair of goals and goalie Meghan Gulbrandsen (three saves) even contribued an assist with a fine field-length pass.
